Posada Alegria is located in the centre of the historic village of Medina Sidonia, which is a typical Andalusian White Village and on the famous Bullfighting Route. It has been restored to a high standard but retains its charm of a traditional Andalusian patio home. From the terraces of this house you have a stunning view of the Bay of Cadiz, the countryside of La Janda and the most important monuments of Medina Sidonia.

The town is characterized by medieval walls and tidy narrow cobbled streets flanked by rows of reja-fronted houses.
