Son apartamentos muy acogedores y muy tranquilos con preciosas vistas al mar y jardines botánicos , situados a 20 metros del puerto de Luarca , en la zona de restaurantes y bares.

En Luarca hay muchas lugares por recorrer , desde sus magníficas playas , el faro , jardin botánico ( los jardines de Fonte Baixa , museo casa de de Severo ochoa , parque de la vida , campo de golf , etc
