Beautiful fully equipped apartments in an unbeatable location in an emblematic building located in a monumental square in the center of Madrid, 1 minute from Mercado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor, and 5 minutes from the Royal Palace, Teatro Real, Plaza de Oriente and Puerta del Sol. We have 3 accommodation options: 1st.-OUTDOOR APARTMENT WITH TWO BEDROOMS Living-dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen with high-end appliances, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, air fryer, etc.: Very bright with wonderful views. Top quality, heating and A/C, free wifi, HBO, Prime video, etc. 2nd.- INTERIOR APARTMENT WITH ONE BEDROOM Living-dining room with large sofa bed, with separate kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.: It is bright and quiet but does not have views (interior patios). Top quality, heating and A/C, free wifi, HBO, Prime video, etc. 3rd.- BUHARDILLA WITH THREE BEDROOMS Beautiful "Buhardilla" on the attic floor with sloping ceilings with exposed wooden beams, 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them connected), living room, dining room, kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, clothes dryer, etc and a bathroom. Heating and A/C, free wifi, HBO, Prime video, etc. The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor of the building, so access to the attic floor (5th) has to be done by climbing a flight of stairs.
