The apartment has 69 m2 + 70 m2 private solarium with plants, is in a beautiful setting of gardens, swimming pools, golf club Roda Golf & Beach Resort. The resort is guarded and guarded 24 hours a day. Parking in the garage. The apartment is in phase 1, a short walk to the golf clubhouse. For 4 people. No pets.
Hi, my name is Linda and I live with my family in a nice well-kept golf place in Roda golf, where there are many pools, gardens and it is a short walk to the sea. I will be happy to make sure that the accommodation is pleasant and perfectly prepared for you. I am here throughout your stay ready to help and advise you. I will hand over the keys to the apartment to you personally and I will be happy to explain everything to you and advise you where to go for a great lunch or dinner. Or where are the beautiful natural beaches. And I must not forget the fruit and vegetable markets. I look forward to seeing you, Linda
Beautiful golf course, peaceful and quiet accommodation in a guarded area with security. Beautiful and blooming manicured gardens. The pools are at your disposal. Clean accommodation. A short distance from the sea. Lots of restaurants and sports facilities in the vicinity. Beautiful place to visit Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante. A popular restaurant in the village of RODA. A luxury restaurant on the golf course. In the summer of July and August, there is a great fun fair for children in the town of Los Alcazares near the Lidl department store. The best transport is by car, which you can park in the guarded area in front of the apartment.
