I am a 54-year-old Frenchman in a relationship, and we have a 10-year-old son. I lived in England and Spain for 20 years and have been living in the south of France since 2013. Through my two companies, I manage 31 rental properties, including 28 tourist accommodations in the south of France (Hérault/PO) and Spain (Costa Brava), which can be viewed at the bottom of AIRBNB listings. I have Airbnb Superhost status with over 670 reviews to date. With a team including my assistant AVA, we are available to travelers at any time for any questions and we strive to be very responsive. We also have efficient technicians who can carry out any type of repair.

Magnificent 124m2 (74m2+50m2 terrace) single-storey flat with shared pool and parking and spectacular sea views. The flat is located in a small, quiet residence (only 8 apartments), surrounded by green spaces with shared swimming pool (9m x 4m50 + 25m2 terrace open from mid-May to end of september) and small private parking lot (6 spaces maximum) in a privileged area 1.5 km from the magnificent "Sa Tuna/Cala S'Eixugador" beaches, 2.7 km from the center of Begur, and close to 6 other beaches and coves and scuba-diving sites. What's more, the GR92 path that runs along the coast and passes through the small road (rec de l'aigua) 100m below the residence makes for some great excursions. Air-conditioned flat with ; living area with office area (42" HD TV with digital satellite channels, fiber-optic WIFI). -open-plan kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, filter and capsule coffee-maker "Dolce Gusto", kettle, toaster, electric citrus press). -2 bedrooms, one of which is directly air-conditioned (Split). -2 bathrooms with vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and shower cubicle for the other. -laundry room with washing machine and dryer. -50m2 private terrace (barbecue, motorized awning, etc.), with direct access from all living areas and the master bedroom, with incredible sea views. -50m2 garden.

Neighbourhood information

This is the ideal setting to find yourself in the peace and quiet, in the middle of nature (wooded area around), with a soothing view of the cliffs and the sea, in a property offering quality services and great comfort. The many activities in Begur and its surroundings make it an unmissable destination: -Swimming, sailing, surfing, snorkeling or scuba diving (with one of the most beautiful sites in Europe "Iles Medes" at 15km), fishing, boating (boat rental at 2km in Aigua Freda) -Road biking or mountain biking, jogging, trekking or hiking (along the superb paths along the coast), -Riding, golf (5 within a radius of 15km!), tennis (5 clubs within a radius of 3km). -Visits to beautiful wineries, museums, ruins... and beautiful coastal (Begur, Llafranc, Tamariu, Calella de Palafrugell) and medieval villages (Pals, Palau Sator, Peretallada, Monells, as well as the Gala/Dali castle in Pubol).
