In the popular holiday region of Cadiz, this apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Mayo (accessible via a spiral staircase), a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments and a bigger house. Consisting of a living/dining area with sofa bed and adjacent, well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom, the apartment accommodates up to 3 people (max. 2 adults and a child). Further equipment includes Wi-Fi and a television. The highlight is the well-kept outdoor area used together with other guests of the villa, which provides a pool, a roofed, furnished terrace and a grill – the perfect place for relaxed holidays. Directly in front of the entrance of the apartment there is also a small, furnished balcony available for private use. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes by car. The nearest beach in a small, quiet bay is 1.7 km or 6 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are not allowed. People outside the reservation are not accepted, only registered guests will be able to use the property's facilities. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
