This modern apartment is located on the 5th floor in Residence Aqua Nature in La Mata. The wide sandy beach is only 100 metres away. You have a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Aquanatura 1-5D is equipped with all the necessary comfort, with a magnificent balcony that can be completely closed off by glass curtains. You can enjoy a communal swimming pool with children's pool and beautifully landscaped garden. The stylish living room is adjacent to the modern, open kitchen. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a fantastic, memorable holiday! La Mata is a small town bordering the sea. The weekly market in La Mata on Wednesday is right in front of this apartment complex, where you can find all sorts of nice and necessary items and discover delicious international food. In addition, you can cycle and walk to your heart's content in the Parque Natural de La Mata. In short, the ideal holiday to recover.

La Mata has a small center, a church square, a weekly market on Wednesdays. The huge stretches of beaches are known as the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The sandy Playa la Mata beach is less than 50 meters away. You can play golf in the area. And for nature lovers, this is an ideal location. Aqua Nature is located next to Laguna Salada de la Mata, a protected bird sanctuary. For the shopping enthusiast, the Habaneras shopping center is 5 km away. A little further from the residence (approx. 20 km) is La Zenia Boulevard, this imposing and spacious shopping center is the largest shopping center on the entire Costa Blanca. It features 150 stores built on 161,000 m2.
