spacious living room and open kitchen with all equipment. - Cooker hob, oven, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. - Salon: quality sofa bed (2 pers.), HD-TV with USB port. - Toilet with washbasin - Terrace (incl. Table & chairs) with direct access to the pool. - Garden in the extension of the terrace. - the views :-) First floor: 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. - Double room (viscoelastic mattress), TV, fitted wardrobes, terrace with spectacular views. -Bedroom With bed nest, composed of three full beds with viscoelastic mattress, fitted wardrobes .. Stage 1: Large garage with direct access to the residence. - Washing machine, clothesline and beach chairs, as well space to park at your disposal. A 10 minute walk to the beach and the city center.
