The accommodation, recently renovated and located on the 6th (top) floor of a very central building, rises like a watchtower over the rest of the surrounding construction, which provides provides great luminosity and amazing views, with the Cathedral and Sierra Nevada as protagonists. It consists of two units: two-bedroom apartment with balcony and terrace & one-bedroom apartment with city view. ☑️𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Check carefully photos and description associated with each unit before booking. ❶ The 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (35 m2) has stunning views of Sierra Nevada and the Cathedral from any room (bedroom, living room-kitchen and bathroom) thanks to its large triple glazed windows. ❷ The 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (120 m2) has an extraordinary terrace with 320º of visibility of the city and its province, including Torre de la Vela (Alhambra), Sierra Nevada and Cathedral; all rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet) has unobstructed views and great luminosity. The complete accommodation is equipped with all the details for an exceptional experience (soundproof doors, dimmable lights with remote control, motorized blinds, built-in speakers, video projector, toilets with Japanese style bidet, showers with rain and waterfall effects...).
This ten-rate accommodation deserves a ten-rate treatment, and that is what we have strived to give the best to our guests with Juan, your host. We offer extremely simple and comfortable check-in, immediate attention available during your stay, tourist advice, restaurant reservations, events, shows, museums, excursions, etc.. Do not hesitate to contact us with any incident or suggestion during your stay, we will do our best to attend to it. On request, we offer special catering services in the apartment, transfer to/from the airport and guided tours. And, of course, we provide an interesting list of personal recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Granada.
With a privileged location in the heart of Granada, the main tourist attractions of the city (Cathedral, Alhambra, Albaicin, Sacromonte, etc.) are within walking distance from the accommodation. The area is surrounded by countless restaurants, stores and entertainment venues. The Mercado de San Agustín (just across the street) is the city's large food market (greengrocers, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, etc.), offering numerous stalls to eat, have tapas and taste or buy local products. Despite its central location, the configuration of streets and squares around the accommodation ensures that it is a quiet space, without traffic or excessive noise. One block away is the Gran Vía, where 9 bus lines run, as well as the bus to the airport. The most central parking of the city is next to the apartment. Just 30 meters from the entrance of the building, with elevator at street level for an expeditious route of steps, so transporting suitcases with wheels is really comfortable. We recommend our guests to book the private parking space that we provide (subject to availability, check price), because it has excellent conditions (always available even if the parking is full, location close to the elevator, easy access with minimal maneuvering, flexible entry and exit times, better price...).
