Una Habitación Propia is located in the heart of the city beating vigorously to be your favorite accommodation in Valencia. City Centre, opposite the station of the train and the mouth of underground of Xàtiva, 2 min walk from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and 10 minutes walk from the Mercat Central (historical center) The accommodation consists of 5 rooms with character: Jane (Jane Austen), Louise (Louise Brooks), Frida (Frida Kahlo), Tamara (Tamara de Lempicka) and Simone (Simone de Beauvoir). Five rooms with two bathrooms to share. Other common areas: a landing to read, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining room and a beautiful terrace.
Una Habitación Propia, is not a hostel, or a pension. Una Habitación Propia es bed & breakfast: accommodation in private rooms with common areas to share, where the tourist is not a client, the tourist is a guest who lives and exchanged experiences with other guests if they wish. Neighborhood safe and active , with great variety of bars, restaurants and shops around. Right in the centre of Valencia, in front of the town hall. 10 min walk from the Colón Market and 15 min from the Central Market of Valencia. Located 18 min from the emblematic "Barrio de Carmen" which you can reach by taking a pleasant walk. To 20 minutes of the Institut Valencià d´Art Modern and to 1h walking of the beach "of the Malvarrosa" (and 15min in car)
