Babilos 4 (Moraira) is a modern Mediterranean villa with a pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. Its elegant decor will amaze you. Its incredible location makes it unique, just 50 meters from the beach, numerous restaurants, and everything you need, including a bakery, pharmacy, and more. Your pet is welcome (extra cleaning fee). Highlights: - Incredible views of the beach and the sea. - Only 50 meters from the beach, where you can enjoy several beautiful restaurants. - All the services nearby, bakery, pharmacy, etc. - Wonderful contemporary style decoration. - High level of privacy. Distribution: The villa is new construction, year 2022, and is distributed on two floors. The whole house has air conditioning with individual splits in each room for maximum and total comfort. On the main floor you will enjoy the spacious living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large windows overlooking the sea, the terrace and the pool. On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a spectacular en suite bathroom with panoramic views from the modern bathtub. You will also enjoy its private terrace with the best views of the beach. Outside you can enjoy a small triangular pool overlooking the beach, a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner with the best views and an area with sun loungers for sunbathing, reading, listening to music and relaxing.
