BUILDING OF TOURISTIC APARTMENTS CLOSE TO THE BARCELONETA BEACH AND ARC DE TRIOMF OF BARCELONA This beautiful new building has 6 touristic apartments with license; each apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located next to Arc de Triomf of Barcelona and the unbelievable Born quarter, both in the city core, very well connected to all the points of interest of the city. Only a few minutes away by walk from Barceloneta beach. This building has an exquisite terrace in the rooftop with an awesome shared swimming pool. It’s perfect to take a break with friends or family and enjoy the great views from the Eixample. The building can host up to 48 people. Each of the design and dynamic apartments has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Each apartment has 3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each one, there is also a double sofa-bed in the living room. For the guests comfort, there are 2 bathrooms per apartment, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Neighbourhood information

The location of this apartment is excellent: a short walk from the famous Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella (a really nice park very popular among young people and families). Plaça de Catalunya (the main square in Barcelona) and its variety of bars, restaurants and shops is really close to the apartment too. Visit the Barri Gòtic (the gothic town) with its quaint narrow streets and street artists. Do not forget to visit the Born, one of the three districts of Ciutat Vella. Walk along its streets full of shops, small cafes and restaurants with delicious tapas. Visit the Picasso Museum and the Chocolate Museum, or take a walk along the Passeig Joan Borbó down to la Barceloneta. Really close to the Metro station Arc de Triomf (L1).

Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50.

Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag.
