Our villa, completely renovated in 2024, offers stunning sea and mountain views and a 50 m² terrace. Just minutes from the famous Abama Beach and close to the charming town of Playa de San Juan, it offers all the necessary amenities. This spacious 100 m² house features a kitchen, living room, two generous bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun. Relax in this charming neighborhood!
The house is strategically located in the center of a region where you can access the area between Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes in just 15-20 minutes. Just a few minutes' drive from the house is the famous Abama beach, Punta Blanca, and this house is close to the beautiful coastal town of Playa de San Juan and everything you need: restaurants, bars, and shopping centers.
Right next to the house is a beautiful playground and a bus stop, and just minutes from dream beaches, making it perfect for both families and couples.
