Nice and cozy semi-detached house in Dénia with private garden and plot of 250m2 with summer kitchen, barbecue and communal pool. Perfect to enjoy outdoors with friends and family at any time of the year.
It has 3 heights, in the third has a solarium terrace with beautiful views of the Montgó.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom, a living / dining room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes and a bathroom.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. 5 min from the city center and not far from the beach
