A beautiful and modern apartment wheelchair accessible, situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, just a 1-minute walk from the beachfront, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. It consists of one bedroom with two comfortable single beds, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one spacious kitchen/dining/living area with a double sofa-bed making the apartment perfect for up to 4 people to enjoy. The apartment has free wifi and Smart-TV widescreen with international channels and access to multiple streaming platforms. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring electric hob, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The gated Barcarola II complex offers a beautifully maintained garden area and swimming pool available for guests to use throughout their stay. Guests have access to the entire apartment across the terrace area.
The owner is a friendly and detail-oriented person, totally committed to the correct management of his apartment, for the use and enjoyment of his guests.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area with little traffic, with direct access to the beach and very close to a complete supermarket. The apartment is located just 100 m from the seafront of "Puerto del Carmen", a very pleasant and quiet place to walk during the afternoon.
