Hola, mi nombre es Leo y trabajo como gestor inmobiliario en la zona de san juan playa,manejando varias propiedades y dedicando todo el tiempo posible a que los futuros huéspedes encuentren en mis viviendas la mejor de sus estancias.

Bungalow totalmente reformado y amueblado con especial cariño para recibir la visita de los turistas y que se sientan como en casa. Este bungalow cuenta con dos plantas,tres dormitorios,tres cuartos de baño,cocina y gran jardin con acceso directo a la piscina y zonas comunes,las cuales un jardinero tiene en perfectas condiciones de cuidado. La playa de San juan se encuentra a tan solo 1 km,conocida como la mejor playa de Alicante donde podrás disfrutar de su calma y buen clima durante gran parte del año, especialmente en primavera y verano.

En cuanto a la zona, el bungalow se encuentra al lado del nuevo barrio denominado PAU 5, donde encontrarás zona de restaurantes,farmacia,pub,panaderia.
