The view of the blue Mediterranean sea from the villa, terraces and rooms is a fairy tale! This complete luxury villa is located in fantastic Denia in a quiet street. From your bed, the terraces and the swimming pool you can see the boats sailing to Ibiza. The villa is a few minutes from the center, harbor and beaches. Also only 15 minutes from the beautiful Javea (Xabia) with its old town, harbor, bays and Arenal. The detached villa with now 5 bedrooms has several terraces, swimming pool and free parking. The villa has several terraces in the garden around the house. In the evening a delicious glass of wine on one of the balconies with a amazing sunset or during daytime enjoy the quietness and wonderful sea view. The property is accessible from the street with a wide staircase from just a few steps down. The house is built in such a way that it is in principle fairly cool in the summer. But still there is Airco system in all the bedrooms. The area is wonderfully quiet and safe. Our houseguide is easy. Treat the villa as it was yours. Put all garbage away, clean the BBQ after use and shower before swimming, as suntan lotion will make the water cloudy and the edge yellow.

The beautiful center of Denia can be reached within a few minutes. Several large supermarkets as MasyMas, Mercadona or Lidl are just 5 drive minutes away. In culinary Denia or in the harbor you can always go for a delicious breakfast or dinner in more than 350 restaurants. Every Monday & Friday there is a market in Denia and every day at 16:00 the fishing boats arrive in the harbor at the fish market. Denia has unique sandy beaches where beach bars are open all summer and where you can rent sunbeds with a parasol. Denia also has beautiful rocky beaches and bays with restaurants and bars above the water. Here you can also snorkel, kayak or stand up paddle to a sea cave. For the kids there is a big Wipe-out trampoline at sea at restaurant Fernando, but also shopping in the main street Marques del Campo with its many nice shops, bars and restaurants. Calle Loreto is our favorite food street with many restaurants and terraces. Dance in clubs like Condado, Sounders (Port) or up in the Open Air Ibiza disco Mar Serena. Zensa Marina with a pool lounchbeds and DJboot or Discotheca Hacienda are also popular nightspots. Visit the large indoor Shopping Mall La Marina, right of highway AP7.

Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.

No smoking inside the villa. No noise or music outside between 23:00 and 08:00. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid night noise. Shower before swimming as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool. Causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odor, remove all garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters on the street. We charge a fee if the barbecue is not cleaned after use, or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, send us a photo by Whatsapp of all IDs of all guests 7 days before check-in.
