Beautiful views of the mountain, sea & famous port Just steps to the best shopping, cafés, restaurants, and bars Easy 10-minute walk to the Marinas and Marineta Casiana beaches Recently renovated: light, bright & spacious Large balcony- dine al fresco and enjoy sea breezes! With the famous Port of Denia right across the street, you’ll enjoy an ever-changing landscape of ships and yachts coming and going! Charter a boat and explore the Mediterranean Sea for yourself. Here for the sandy beaches and warm waters? A scenic 10-minute stroll takes you to two beautiful options: Les Marines and Marineta Casiana. Head a bit further south for gorgeous Les Rotes, with its rocky cliffs and coves. This 2nd-floor apartment has just been fully renovated and is perfect for a family, group of friends, or several couples. Simplicity and clean lines typical of modern design meet little Spanish accents. German blinds on the bedrooms’ windows do a wonderful job of darkening the rooms if you’d like to sleep in or grab a mid-day siesta to get ready for a night on the town! Please get in touch with the local contact at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to coordinate a meet-up time for check-in. There are NO CHECK-INS after 10 pm. Please consider this when making your travel arrangements. All 3 bedrooms + living room have AC.

The apartment is located in downtown Denia, across the street from the port, where you can rent or charter a sailboat, yacht, or speedboat. No need for a car! You can walk to everything: shops and boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, and—of course—lots of cafés and restaurants. We suggest: - Haiti - Casa Federico - Mena Some of the best nightlife options can be found along Carrer de Loreto and Carrer de la Mar- just two blocks from your apartment. Free and paid parking available both on the street and at nearby parking lots/garages.
