The apartment is situated on Patacona Beach! The 2-bedroom apartment has it all: 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen (fully equipped) and 1 bathroom. It's suitable for 5 persons (2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom), and the sofa in the living room becomes a comfortable bed if needed. Oceanview, central air conditioning and heating, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and underground parking with 24/7 Surveillance. The parking spot size is for a regular car and it's located very close by the elevator. Also, it has a children's playground, outdoor swimming pool, Gym, Padel, Tennis, Football (soccer) Courts, and a restaurant on site for the guests living on the premises. Also, the linens, towels shampoo, and hairdryer are provided. The pool is usually open from the end of May to the end of September. If you are traveling just for the pool please contact us before for details.
The apartment is situated on the Patacona Beach. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood. There are supermarkets very close, a pharmacy, a bakery, and various gift shops nearby.
