Very sunny apartment 200 meters from the Albir beach and very close to all services located on the main street. Beautiful views of Sierra Helada and a very quiet area just behind the Eucaliptus park. It has air conditioning, fully furnished and a complete outdoor kitchen with beautiful views of the Puig Campana. It has private parking and common area with pool. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms with a double bed and the other with two beds. All bedrooms as the living room have air conditioning. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located just behind the Eucaliptus park and two blocks from the beach. The area is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and services that make it very convenient to move around without having to take the car.
