One of our 6 apartments on the 3rd floor of a large building on Gran Via Jaume I, in the center of Girona, just around the corner from Carrer Nou and close to the large parking garage Saba Santa Catarina. You are in the center and only minutes away from the Old Historic Town. The floor with the 6 apartments was completely renovated in 2022. The modern apartment with open kitchen has a spacious balcony on the east side, accessible through large sliding glass doors in the living room. The living room has a sofa bed, armchair and dining table with 4 chairs (there are more chairs in the bedrooms). There is a smart TV, air-conditioning and of course fast internet. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave. There is also a washing machine plus a dryer and ironing facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a double bed plus en suite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. There is also a second bathroom, also with sink, shower and toilet. The second spacious bedroom has two single beds and there is ample closet space.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building on Gran Via de Jaume I, the first ring road around the center of Girona. Here you are in the middle of the shopping area of Girona. From here it is also only a few minutes' walk to the old historic city center. There is a large parking garage next to the building and from here it is also easy to leave the city by (race) bike. Just a few minutes’ walk, on the other side of the River Onyar, you will find yourself in the old town of Girona, surrounded by historic buildings and the old city wall. This famous area will amaze you and you will discover many beautiful places, squares, parks and nice little shops, restaurants and bars.
