The apartment is located in a beautiful urbanisation close to local amenities and a short drive from some of the Costa Blanca's best beaches
Ramon has two apartments (Quesada and Dona Pepa) and is a regular user of the apartment in Dona Pepa out of season
Truly enjoy the holiday atmosphere in the apartment. Located at 100 meters altitude, you'll have views of the valley, nearby centers, the green and pink lake, and you can even see the sea from the terrace! Just 100 meters away, you'll find a supermarket for all your needs and you can enjoy a snack and a drink. Everything is within 10 minutes, including tennis courts, a bowling alley, go-karting, golf courses, a water park, promenade, beach, public centers, and the nicest bars and best restaurants.
