Very cozy and fully equipped with all comforts , consists of a master bedroom with one double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, living room with satellite TV, DVD player, with a great selection of English films (150) to choose from, and the apartment has FREE WIFI. The master bedroom has a double bed and is a truly relaxing retreat, very quiet (it is a residential area, no drunken tourists running around) and never too hot to sleep in. There is a safety box and it has towels and bed linnen included, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. The second Bedroom has two single beds, where can sleep 2 adults, built in wardrobes and if needed we can put a cot in as well. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and there is a washing machine too!
The apartment is privately owned and managed for 19 years by Dutch owners, Dea and René van Leeuwen, who are living already for 30 years on the island. This means you will always be well looked after from the very start to the end of your stay and they are there to help you with any question or problem, day and night!
Great location! Quiet residential area a few meters away from the main avenue and one of the best (divers) beaches of Lanzarote, with all services nearby (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs,... ​ Ideal to enjoy a few quiet days by the sea, discover the main tourist sites of interest, different sports or take advantage of the different alternatives of leisure that the area offers.
