It is a very well located apartment, since it is located in a central street of Seville just 8 minutes walk from the Cathedral. It has a large living room connected to the kitchen. Two rooms with 2 single beds each one and a fully bathroom. It has a very modern and minimalist decor, as well as a large common areas such as an interior patio and a terrace on the top.

It is a quiet neighborhood in downtown Seville. In addition to being in a pedestrian street, there is no noise.
