Welcome to this beautiful and quiet house for 6 people in Puerto de Alcudia. In this charming house you will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of a residential area and at the same time be in one of the most important tourist centres of Mallorca. Outside you will enjoy a fantastic above ground swimming pool of 3 x 1.7m and a constant depth of 1.20m. Around it, there are sun loungers. The porch right next to the terrace has a table for six people to eat and dine outdoors and enjoy the meats and vegetables you have made on the barbecue. The house has 118m2 and is distributed over three floors. From the terrace we access the living-dining room area on the ground floor. It has AC and two comfortable sofas to enjoy the satellite TV and a dining table for 6 people. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob. There is also a toilet on this floor. At the top of the stairs we find two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower serves the rest of the floor. The third bedroom with two single beds and two comfortable sofas and air conditioning is on the first floor.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto de Alcudia is an incredible holiday destination where you can enjoy long walks along its white sandy beach and crystal clear waters, water sports, shops, restaurants and much more. It has all the necessary services for an independent stay. Nearby you will find the old town of Alcudia, extraordinarily beautiful with Roman ruins where you can not miss the market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can also visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, or go to other coves like Mal Pas or La Victoria.
