Property information

From the street, a few steps up lead to the spacious private terrace that is wonderfully equipped to enjoy your family meals. The comfortable table with chairs will allow you to enjoy the good weather on the island as well as admire the sea at the end of the street. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with only one more neighbour, in a residential area of Can Picafort. From the same terrace, you can enter the apartment that presents a modern and comfy style. The living room offers a TV with satellite channels and AC. The modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. From here you will have access to the laundry area outside which is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, both with double bed and wardrobe and one of them also with AC and en suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Can Picafort is a family destination on the island of Mallorca that has a fabulous beach of fine sand and transparent waters. Of course, it offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Not far away, you find the paradisaical beaches of Ses Casetes dels Capellans or Playa de Muro. Another option is to visit the old city of Alcudia or Pollensa or spend a different day playing golf in front of the sea in the course of Alcanada.
