Private and fully equipped three bedroom apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the sea . Located 15 meters away from the sandy beach of Pto Pollensa, it is an ideal spot for a relaxing stay . Its great terrace at the front is an ideal place to while away the time, to spend hours reading your book whilst soaking up the Mallorcan sunshine..... Any type of service or attention you need , we will supply you straight away as we run hotels around and we supply an excelent customer service.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment in Puerto Pollensa can be found only a few metres from the beach and from attractions such as the Pine Walk, a walkway filled with native pine trees on the seashore, which catches the eyes of not just locals but also visitors from across the world. Puerto Pollensa is also known for its culture. The municipality of Pollensa hosts its own events such as the International Classical Music Festival, Sant Antoni or la Patrona, which are well known across the island. Pollensa, the municipality in Mallorca which we call home, is located 54 km from the airport in Palma. Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor make up one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca. It offers the possibility of enjoying the beautiful seaside, with an ample range of water sports such as snorkelling, diving, boat trips, sailing and the chance to just enjoy the tranquillity of the Mediterranean from its beaches. It also has a privileged geographical location for those who love the mountains and nature. Hikers and amateur ornithologists will find a variety of options in the islands rich and varied landscapes.
