We, Xavier and Maria-Dolors, are brothers and co-owner. We are proud as owners of the holiday home Cal Padri 1871 to receive guests from all over the world and feel that they leave very satisfied and happy after spending a few days with their family, friends, and colleagues in our house. Therefore, we love being the hosts and serving them personally, without intermediaries. The house is located in the old and quiet part of Premià de Mar, a municipality with a charming seafaring tradition on the Maresme coast, near Barcelona with a mild climate throughout the year. Premià de Mar has a modern and high quality trade where everything is found. Ideal for tourism throughout the year and summer with maritime leisure offers. Its location allows you to combine quiet stays near the beach (sand) and the bustle, shopping and culture of Barcelona. You can walk to the train station and in just 30 minutes you are at Plaça Catalunya (Las Ramblas). No car needed. There are two parking spaces a few minutes’ walk from the house (extra). A few meters away, there is a bakery, tapas bars and restaurants. Three minutes’ walk, supermarkets, sandy beaches, promenade to neighbouring towns (ideal for walking, running, cycling, etc.) and seaport (restaurants, boat rentals, etc.).
