We're a professional vacation rental agency. The price includes 9 hours of AC. If you need the service for more hours a day, you must pay a supplement. The upper floor is the storage area of the house and it's not available for customers.

Property information

The exterior of this wonderful house offers a range of possibilities to enjoy the good weather on the island: you can sunbathe on the sun loungers, enjoy the views of the marina from the wonderful porch while tasting a delicious barbecue and, best of all, take a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool measuring 6.5 x 5 meters and with a depth ranging from 0.76 to 2.1 meters. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around it. The beautiful one-storey house continues the style of Cala d'Or white houses on the outside, but inside it stands out for its luminosity and modern style. From the porch we access the beautiful living - dining room, equipped with air conditioning and television with satellite channels. Next, we find the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. In order to rest, the house offers three bedrooms, all three with twin beds and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

Cala d'Or is one of the most spectacular destinations to spend your holidays on the island. To the beauty of the typical buildings in the area, we must add the 5 paradisaical coves around it: Cala d'Or, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera, Cala Serena and Cala Gran. The area offers everything you may need for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. If you want to spend a different day, you can go to the Vall d'Or golf course located 9.4 km away and enjoy this wonderful sport.
