uniimohomes, a company specialized in the management of tourist apartments in Barcelona and Lanzarote. We currently have 8 properties in Puerto del Carmen, all in privileged areas facing the sea, which we have managed for 6 years trying to prioritize maximum comfort for the guest.

Property information

Spacious and luxurious apartment with stunning sea views completely renovated in the Caletón Blanco complex, located in one of the most requested areas of Puerto del Carmen. Ideal space with direct access to Playa Grande, one of the most famous beaches on the island for its length of golden sand and calm waters, which has a wide variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping areas to enjoy a dream vacation. * A basic cleaning is included for reservations of 9 days or more. (The guest must request it during their stay.)

Neighbourhood information

The Avenida de las Playas extends throughout Puerto del Carmen. A very well organized promenade along the beach with a one-way lane for vehicles and an area to walk with palm trees and plants throughout its length. Ideal for jogging and other sports enjoying the sea views.
