High quality 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house adjacent to communal swimming pool, within walking distance of PGA golf course at Roda, bars, restaurants, mini supermarket, children's play park and indoor play centre. The property has a private garden with BBQ and seating for eight to the front and stunning communal courtyard with fountain to the rear. Adjacent to the house is the communal pool with a large area for sunbathing. The house is furnished to an excellent standard, providing a very comfortable home from home. Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning for summer, and beautiful log fire burner for winter, providing comfort whatever the season. The property benefits from a very large roof terrace with artificial grass, rattan seating area, and large dining area, which enjoys stunning views towards the mountains and sea. It is a fantastic place to watch the sun go down on those balmy nights.
Roda is situated in the Murcia region of south-east Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The local town of Los Alcazares sits on the western side of the Mar Menor, an inland lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by a 13 mile long strip of land called La Manga, famous for its sporting complex and Golf courses. The Mar Menor is a salt-water lagoon with a sea temperature of 5 degrees above the Mediterranean. It is quite unknown to a lot of people and probably Spain's best kept secret. The area enjoys an average of 320 days sunshine a year. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth.
