This house, on the coast of Mallorca, is perfect for a pleasant family holiday as it can accommodate up to 8 people. With total privacy, the exterior areas are ready to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your companions. The house has a 10 x 4 metre chlorine swimming pool, with a depth varying between 1.20 and 2.10 metres, ideal for cooling off or spending relaxing afternoons on the sun loungers. In addition, there is a cosy furnished porch which, together with the barbecue, makes the perfect combination for enjoying meals outdoors. Inside, spread over 2 floors, the living room has air conditioning, a Smart TV and comfortable sofas, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. The dining room, open to the living room, connects to an induction cooker equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook during your stay. Completing the first floor, you will find the first bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning, and the first bathroom equipped with a shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the three remaining bedrooms, all with air conditioning and access to a terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, the second bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. Finally, a second bathroom with bathtub and shower serves the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. You can make use of the washing machine and iron during your stay.
