    Het uitzicht was fantastisch zowel vanaf het zwembad als vanuit de woonkamer. De locatie is optimaal 10 minuten van Hï, 15 minuten Amnesia, 12 minuten Ibiza Stad, 15 minuten Salinas, Mercadona om de hoek. Heel centraal gelegen, maar toch rustig....

Our Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a new fully equipped kitchen, many terraces and a swimming pool. It has an amazing 180º view overlooking Dalt Vila, Playa den Bossa, the sea with Formentera and Sa Caleta. The Villa is located in Sa Carroca, a peaceful residential area. By car it takes about 7 minutes to Ibiza-Town, 7 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to Playa den Bossa. Salinas-Beach is about 10 minutes away. Can Carlos is located on a hill above Sand Jordi, overlooking Playa den Bossa with the Ushuaia. Restaurants and all famous nightclubs of the island can be reached easily. Supermarkets and food-shops are close-by. The property has a fence around it and is protected with a private gate. There is a big, well taken care of garden. Can Carlos is facing south, so that is provides sunshine all day. A rental car is advised.
I moved to Ibiza in 2006 for work reasons. When I am not working in the office, I like to spend time on the beach with my wife and our kids. We decided to rent out our villa in Sa Carroca, because we have had good experiences with renting private homes when traveling. We believe staying in a private home beats any hotel :-)
Sa Carroca is one of the nicest residential areas on Ibiza. Ibicencos and residents live here all year long and it is not a typical tourist area. Despite its quiet location, Sa Carroca is centrally located.
