Cosy house in the centre of Mallorca Capacity for 3 persons. This beautiful and cosy house consists of one floor and a mezzanine. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second accommodation for the third guest is on the mezzanine. Beautiful outside area with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so you can enjoy the good weather typical of Mallorca. There is air conditioning in the kitchen - living room. The house is powered by solar panels. Perfect location to reach any corner of the island. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
