Property information

The private salt swimming pool, 10m x 5m and with a depth between 1m and 1.9m is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and many corners for relaxing, eating and sunbathing. There is a wood-fired oven for preparing pizzas and homemade bread. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. There are three buildings on the plot. In one there is the bright kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, utensils and dishwasher so you don't have to bother with the washing up. In this building there is also a toilet with an entrance from the outside. Here you can see the dedication of the owners and how lovingly they have decorated this house. The large dining table has plenty of space, ideal if you have guests. There is air-conditioning and the TV has satellite. In the second building there is a triple bedroom with access to the garden. The third cottage consists of a charming living room with wood-burning cooker, television and air-conditioning, as well as a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and highchair.

Neighbourhood information

Set in Esporles, in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, this area is nice for hiking and cycling. You could hike the Cami des Correu, a wonderful trail that connects the villages Banyalbufar and Esporles. In the center of the village you will find a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. The next beach is in Banyalbufar and it is a gravel bay. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the south and to sand beaches like Illetas and Cala Major. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is famous for the Cathedral La Seu and the Bellver Castle and you can reach it in a 20 minutes' drive.
