CANARYISLANDSHOST Oliva I and II are two incredible villas designed by architect Alexander Bernjus, nestled in an idyllic location, with the spectacular Famara Beach at their feet. Although both units are in the same location, they operate independently of each other, each with its own entrance and privacy, including completely secluded terraces. A style that is respectful of the island, blending with the surroundings and of the highest quality. The architectural design of the houses interprets the typical design principles of Lanzarote in a playful and modern way. At the same time, the original design of the Famara Beach development from the 1970s, with its characteristic round bungalows, was incorporated and continued in the redesign of the houses and garden areas. The exterior is dominated by classic island materials: lava stone, whitewashed surfaces, wood, and accents of Lanzarote's greenery. These materials are also used in the interior spaces, but the interior architectural design emphasizes sensual and colorful materials that allow the user to immerse themselves in a different world of color in each room.
