Property information

Cozy country house for 4 people in Mancor de la Vall. It offers a private toy pool. The outdoor spaces of this house are really special because of the spots where guests can relax, as well as a wild terrain full of trees that surrounds a lovely private toy pool. And, surrounding, you have four sun beds to make the most of the sun. Then you can have a shower at the outdoor shower, make a barbecue, eat outside under the covered porch or at the terrace sitted on the first floor or even spend the afternoon in the chill-out zone. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. The property is a two-storey house, although all the rooms are distributed on the first floor. On that floor, there is a quintessential living-dining room, with A/C, perfect to watch satellite TV while you sit on the sofas or even when you eat all together. The kitchen is also right there behind a little bar and it offers a ceramic cooktop. Then, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Finally, there is a unique bathroom in the entire house and it has a bathtub. On the ground floor there is merely the laundry, which has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Neighbourhood information

Mancor de la Vall is a village that is situated at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for those people who look for nature, as there are a lot of hiking trails for excursions on foot or by bicycle such as the one that takes you to Santa Llúcia, to Lluc, to Ses Fonts Ufanes or to the legendary Cuevas de Campanet. In Mancor de la Vall, there are many good bars and restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery and a pharmacy. You can also have more facilities in Inca, a city that is less than 5 km away from Mancor de la Vall, and where every Thursday there takes place its typical street-market. And if your desire is to go to the beach, the nearest one is only at 32 km away, the idyllic beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.
