Juan is your host at the accommodation. He is responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. He arranges for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinates cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Together with the host, we contribute to offering a quality experience so you can relax and enjoy without worries.

Nice wooden house, with a modern decoration and exteriors that will make you enjoy your vacations with total guarantee. Private fenced pool, sun loungers outdoor dining area with wooden pergola, barbecue, table football........ The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds in bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower, and living room with TV, Wifi, air conditioning and sofa bed. Completes the distribution of the house, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the stay (washing machine, refrigerator, oven, hob, kitchenware .....). There are two parking spaces. This accommodation does NOT allow pets.

It is located just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Calas de Roche, in a very quiet environment, 9 minutes from downtown by car, and 4 minutes from the commercial area of Colorado, which makes it a perfect location to enjoy Conil and its surroundings. Conil is a city known for its good atmosphere, climate and gastronomy, which will undoubtedly make your stay a good memory. The gastronomic offer is extensive, between tapas bars, beach bars and restaurants, and its nightlife with bars and terraces complete a good range of leisure. Its beautiful white sand beaches such as La Fontanilla, El Palmar, Cala de Roche, Cala del Aceite, Puntalejo .... will delight lovers of the sea and water sports. At 47. 2 km from Cadiz, 65 km from Tarifa or 59 km from Puerto de Santa Maria.
