NO SMOKING Hot & cold air-conditioning . Calor gas fire for cooler day. Hairdryer and straighteners in every bedroom . English TV and Amazon fire stick for other languages. Totally equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer plus filtered water tap. BBQ on the terrace All bedrooms have 2 beach towels, 1 beach sheet found in the bottom of the wardrobes, a bath and hand towels on the bed, and in the cabinet in the upstairs bathroom. 6 beach chairs 3 parasols kept in under terrace cupboard. Safe for your personal belongings. Transfer to and from airport available ( additional fee 50-60) Welcome pack, including wine,milk,bread, butter, and water when met. Please give a check-in time at the time of booking so you can be met by James or John at the urbanisation gate. Please remember there is a deposit of 300 which will be returned on checking out. If you need an earlier or later check-in, please message me at the time of booking. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE A CHECK-IN TIME, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING. Please note that any check-in or check-out after 20.00 at night and before 8am in the morning will occur a fee House Rules 1. No smoking in the house. 2. No LOUD music after 9 pm and quiet time midnight. 3. Make sure when leaving the property alone and at night that all window bolts are on windows, all gates and grills, doors are locked, and all shutters are drawn down. You are responsible for securing the property. 4. No smoking in the pool area and no glasses or glass bottles, please. Pool closes at 10 pm, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
