This beautiful top floor apartment is modern and fully equipped. Surrounded by four golf courses, it is a golfer's paradise. Whether you are a professional or a casual player, you will find the perfect greens just a short swing away! There are wonderful routes for cyclists, one of which runs for tens of kilometers along a quiet canal. There are also several padel courts nearby. After a sunny day, enjoy the sun setting on the terrace. A bright, newly renovated (2025) modern apartment with high-quality materials and generous equipment. Each of the three bedrooms has two comfortable single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
Casa Birdie offers the perfect location for golf enthusiasts, with four popular golf courses—Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas—just a stone's throw away. Additionally, several beautiful beaches, including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor, are only a 5-10 minute drive away, providing ample opportunities to bask in the Mediterranean sun and enjoy the waves and sand dunes.
