Smoke-free and perfume-free flat. Peace, garden and beautiful sea view! The flat is located on the lower floor of a two-family house. Access is via an external staircase, the flat is structurally completely separated from the upper floor. The garden and the terraces are for the exclusive use of the guests and are not accessed by anyone else. Electric underfloor heating is located under the sofa, under the dining table and in the bathroom. Large windows with sea view, state-of-the-art electrics, a TV with excellent picture clarity. The two beds in the bedroom (200 x 90) have very good, low-impact mattresses.The sofa bed in the living room pulls out to accommodate 2 people (200 x 160). The property is smoke-free, exhaust-free and perfume-free. There is hardly any disturbance to be expected from the (few) neighbours. We ourselves only occupy the flat on the upper floor for a few weeks in winter, and are quiet and sociable ourselves. The flat is free of chipboard, varnish, paint, PVC and other harmful substances. The flat is cleaned perfume-free and all textiles are washed perfume-free. Cleaning and washing agents are provided.

Hello and welcome. :) I am glad that you are interested in our special holiday flat! Going on holiday has been difficult for me in recent years - with my pronounced chemical intolerance, there was simply no compatible accommodation to be found. So we set out to find a house on our favourite island. In 2019 we found what we were looking for and with a lot of time and effort we have completely renovated and furnished the entire house free of harmful substances. Tenerife is our second home and we spend as much time as possible on the island. Hiking, swimming, enjoying the delicious and inexpensive Canarian cuisine and being delighted by the incredibly friendly Canarios - for us there is nothing better. We are happy to give you tips - an information folder, travel and hiking guides are ready for you. A vehicle is required. At most times, rental cars are very cheap. We know reputable providers and will be happy to help you find one. My house sitter Silvia is there for you in case of problems - she speaks Dutch, German, English, Spanish and some French.
