This villa has a big outdoor terrace with an amazing sea view and is within a short walking distance from the beach. Several small renovations and fix-ups have been made around the villa during winter 2024-25. The villa is South/East facing and is distributed on three levels. There is a large outdoor area that you can access directly from the living room, creating a lovely flow of space and air throughout the property. The spacious living room includes a dining table and a comfortable couch with amazing views, a fireplace and entertainment area. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace/outdoor kitchen with bbq, garden and pool area with sunbeds. The pool has been fully renovated during winter 2024-25. The villa sleeps 8 persons in total but we recommend it for a maximum of 6 adults. This is because there are two bigger bedrooms with king size double beds and ensuite bathrooms, whereas the two other bedrooms have no view on lower ground and shared bathroom accessible half a floor up (bathroom renovated winter). The first bedroom on the lower ground floor is large with a queen size bed and sofa area and there is access through doors to the pool area and thus possibility for ventilation. It also has a TV and air-con. The second bedroom on the lower ground floor is quite small and has a 160 cm wide bed for two, plus a small window for ventilation. These rooms are perfect for children and teenagers to sleep and hang-out in but offer less privacy than the other two bedrooms. The big bedroom on the lower ground floor has been fully renovated during winter 2024-25. Please note that loud noises, parties and external guests are strictly forbidden at Casa Blanca. The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive from Puerto de La Duquesa, Sabinillas and little further on from Estepona, or Sotogrande to the South. It is one hour from the airport of Málaga and only 30 minutes from Gibraltar. There are golf clubs, grocery stores, beach bars and restaurants within reach from the villa.
