Unique stone house near Santiago de Compostela, at Km 9.6 of Camino Santiago-Fisterra (Ventosa village) with garden, 1816 granary and patio with a total of 600 m2. Uncovered parking, with independent access, for 2 cars. It also has an independent "service room", usable as a dining room, with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, a kitchen with an oven, a microwave, heating, hot water and a bathroom. Fully enclosed farm and especially quiet place, in rural environment, 4 km from the town center of Bertamiráns (8,000 inhabitants).
Its situation in the central area of Galicia and its good communications by highway, allow you to make day trips to any point of tourist interest in the Community of Galicia. Nearby places of interest: - Santiago de Compostela, World Heritage City, 8 Km. by road. - Beaches: 30 Km. in the Ría (Stuary) Muros-Noia. - Ponte Maceira: Spectacular medieval bridge of Roman origin over the Tambre river, 7 Km. - Tapia river beach: With all services in season, 6 Km. - Rosaliana Route: Ortoño and Bastavales at 6 and 8 Km. - Archaeological rock art in the environment: Petroglyphs (difficult to locate).
