Beautiful sea view apartment 100meters away from the Playazo beach in the always sunny Mediterranean coasts of Almeria (Spain). Apartment within a safe urbanisation distributed as follow: living room open on the beautiful terrace where you will stand from breakfast till the 5th meal enjoying the wonderful relaxing atmosphere looking at the sea. Full equipped kitchen (vitro ceramic, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine). The apartment has access to aircon (heat and cool). You have fibre optic WIFI, and TV. All newly decorated. You can enjoy of a bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed of 135/200 and enclosed wardrobe; the second one with 2 single beds of 80/190 and wardrobe. The best is yet to come, upstairs, this little peaceful rest area where you can read, chat, play games with a view, laying on a beach chair or make a barbecue. The pictures speak for themselves. Building with access to all year swimming pool, children’s park. At your disposal, a parking place inside the urbanisation where you can forget about your car during all your stay, you are close to shops and restaurants at foot distance but with max privacy.

Our favourite little town is Mojacar, only 5.4 miles drive . It is a beautiful little village with enchanting corners. In Mojacar beach you can find night clubs if you wish for. However just 5 min walk you can go to the Marau, a night club that is open all long. It is just opposite the beach. Garrucha is at 2.3 miles. It is a Fishing village, full of restaurants where to enjoy all fish varieties. Try, if you can La gamba Roja de Garrucha (it’s not for everyone’s pocket but delicious ). You can drive or get to Garrucha by bike or foot through the beach just walking on your right! On Fridays, you can go to the market Villaricos is at 3.4 miles, beautiful black stone beaches. Do not miss Sunday market! Vera village is a nice little place where to buy local groceries. You can’t miss Cabo de Gata, is one of the coastal strips of greater beauty and ecological wealth of the western Mediterranean. Do your research and choose what it appeals most to you and your trip! Children can have lots of activities to enjoy at the Tennis beach club and there are also water sports at the Club nautico
