Welcome to our tranquil neighborhood, where serenity prevails. We kindly ask you to maintain the calm ambiance our neighbors cherish. While you and your friends are here to enjoy, we encourage you to keep noise levels low. Parties are not allowed, absolutely forbidden. If you smoke, please do it outdoors using the ashtrays. There is a separate cottage for couples, located at the lower part of the property, available for short-term rental through platforms like Airbnb. The only shared areas are the street entrance and a small 3-meter path leading to the stairs that descend to the cottage, ensuring privacy for both the main house and the cottage. For an optimal experience of the house and its exceptional surroundings, arriving by car is highly recommended. Though is close to Barcelona the nearest train station is 3 km away. If you bring your furry friend along, kindly secure the terrace fences to ensure your dog stays within the designated area, that is in the terrace, or inside the house. Additionally, outside beneath the terrace, you'll find the shared laundry room, conveniently accessible for both you and the cottage guests.
