El apartamento es parte de una casa rustica , típica canaria. , El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama doble de 150x 190 , un baño completamente reformado , muy amplio con bidet y ducha SPA , esta provisto de secador, champú , gel de baño , papel higiénico, toallas. La cocina es independiente amplia y muy bonita , muy bien equipada con microondas, horno, lavadora, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico , tostadora ,nevera con congelador . El espectacular salón con su techo de madera .tiene una Smart Tv con canales internacionales , wifi, sofá, libros en diferentes idiomas para poder disfrutar de unos momentos de relax para los huéspedes. Lo más destacado de la villa es la agradable terraza con impresionantes vistas , un comedor al aire libre y una terraza para tomar el sol, un lugar perfecto para relajarse. Mascotas permitidas
Hola a todos, soy Letizia soy Italiana pero vivo en Lanzarote desde hace 30 años vine aquí como guía turística y me enamore de esta maravillosa Isla y aquí me quedé . Me encanta viajar , los animales ( tengo 2 perritos y ..... gatos ) y la playa naturalmente ...Tengo un trabajo muy bonito , organizo eventos, aunque hay días que esto conlleva estar mucho tiempo afuera de casa . Espero poder compartir con ustedes mi amor para esta isla Os espero Saludos Letizia
Tías es un pueblo tranquilo, muy cerca de todo. 10 minutos desde el aeropuerto, 5 minutos a Puerto del Carmen, 15 minutos a Arrecife y 5 km al parque del Timanfaya. Hay de todo supermercado, farmacia, centro de salud, bares, restaurantes.. Pero con la tranquilidad de un pueblo... Como es una casa rural esta situada a las afueras del pueblo , aunque muy cerca del aeropuerto . Se puede llegar con taxi , o alquilando un coche ( yo os puedo ayudar si me comentáis con antelación )
