Detached house with 640m2 of private garden and pool; with excellent views of the Taga, Puigmal and Ribes valley. Located in Nevà municipality of Toses, region of the Vall de Ribes located at an altitude of 1256m on the right bank of the River Rigat, It has two churches: integrated into the rural landscape with a bell tower and low-relief cross on the façade that is said to come from the Cathar ruins found on the outskirts of the village. The broken tower and some walls of the (11th century) still remain and it was dedicated to Sant Cristòfol. The place is already mentioned in the ninth century and belonged to the barony of Toses. The best known character is the Cathar knight Hugh of Neva. Comfortable house of stone, slate, wood and quality decoration and design inside. Ideal to enjoy a privileged peace and tranquility; ideal for strolling through its black pine, oak forests, on foot or on horseback; pick mushrooms and enjoy their culture, gastronomy, skiing and high mountain activity.
