TOTALLY RENOVATED apartment, ground floor, with outdoor patio furnished in Andalusian style. Very quiet area, just 200 meters from the main square of Fuengirola, only 250 meters from the subway-train and 450 meters from the beach. 2 bedrooms with very large beds. Air conditioning. Large bathroom with tub-shower and bidet. 50 inch TV with Disney Channel, Amazon Prime, Discovery Plus and Orange TV. 6th generation 1Giga Wi-Fi Internet. Full kitchen with 4 burners for cooking, oven and microwave; large fridge, coffee machine. Living area with sofa and 6-seater table. Patio with shade or rain awning, with table for 6 people. PRIVATE PARKING at 450m. covered and with OBLIGATION to book at least 24 hours in advance, price separate. Apartment located close to all services, less than 250mt. the metro that connects you to the airport, Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Plaza Mayor. Just 200 meters. the main square of the church of Fuengirola welcomes you with shops and restaurants, a little further on the beach with the maritime promenade. The nightlife is just 400 meters from the apartment. Next to the apartment you will find two supermarkets, a park, the cinema and many other attractions such as the Fuengirola Biopark. Here in Andalusia we are always celebrating, wherever you go and whatever time of year, it doesn't matter, here we are celebrating. Check-out is max 11:00 am, after check-out there will be cleaning and the apartment will be ready for check-in from 15:00. If Check-in or Check-out are made after the standard time there will be extra costs. The times must be agreed in advance. We are waiting for you.
We are of Italian origin and have lived in Spain for some time, we like to live outdoors by the sea, meet new people and visit new places. We live near this apartment precisely because the place fascinates us, it is a real city not far from Malaga, with the connection to the airport via the metro-train. We have visited many countries especially in Europe and in the end Spain has bewitched us, the climate, the people and its rhythms of life are incredible. We have two school-age children, a 17-year-old and a 12-year-old and we are animal lovers. We practice sports and are lovers of cooking, like almost all Italians. We like to chat with other people and have new experiences.
Just 100 meters away there are two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and various businesses; the maritime paseo with all the nightlife venues is just 450 meters away, 10 minutes on foot. The city offers many services and here in Andalusia it is always festive. Fuengirola is -a city sun-; in fact, 320 days of sunshine are guaranteed per year. The beaches are beautiful and within a very short distance you can visit: Marbella, Gibraltar, Ronda, Valencia, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Tarifa and reach Portugal in just two hours by car.
