2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, 60 inch TV. Shared pool. Large terrace balcony with table and chairs, charcoal barbecue and lounge suite It has views of the golf course. The accommodation is equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc.) The apartment has underground parking and a lift to the first floor also. In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

The Resort Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel. Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week. Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of bars/restaurants on the Mar Menor Boulevard 8 mins drive to Los Alcazares with beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants.
