Casa Estrella is a Beautiful little private secluded cave apartment nestled in the mountains of Baza. With its own entrance this little rare gem is truly magical and peaceful and charming. Let the smell of jasmine and honey suckle tantalise your senses in the private and secluded patio space. The comfortable cave bedroom with its luxurious double bed will help you sleep like a baby bear. Self contained with a fully equipped Andalusian style kitchen and dining area and a beautiful bathroom. And for complete relaxation, there is another cave full of reading books, yoga mats, bongo drums and cushions for your enjoyment. The outdoor space at night is lit up with pretty solar lights and a bbq and outdoor dining table and chairs. Casa Estrella has private parking outside the front door. A 3 min walk will take you to the local shops and bars and a 10 min walk will take you into Baza Central where there are hundreds of cafe/bars, historic buildings, and plenty of shops. A welcome pack of wine or beer and water and a few other goodies awaits your arrival.

I am English, and am learning Spanish. I have recently renovated this cave apartment which were originally animal shelters and are around 300 years old. I am excited to share with you the Cave experience and help create wonderful memories.

Baza is an incredible Moorish Town with tons of History and Historic buildings. There are over 146 cafes/bars to choose from, 8 km from lake Negratin which will offer you hours of fun, swimming, kayaking, quad biking, horse riding..the hot mud bath in Zujar is incredible and the Fig Forest of Jaen is magical. In September people come from all oveover the world to experience and join in the Cascamorras festival and 10 day Fiesta. You will not get bored in Baza.
